Welcome to ProjectHax. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
“We”, “we”, “Us”, “us”, “Our”, “our” refers to ProjectHax LLC. “Client”, “client”, “User”, “user”, “You”, “you”, “Your”, “your” refers to any person or entities using our Services or Software. “Service”, “Services”, “Software” refers to any software or services released, owned, or created by ProjectHax LLC.
The Client agrees that paying for a subscription grants access to our Software for the duration of their subscription and does not guarantee that the Software will work as expected. See “Limitation of Warranties” and “Limitation of Liability” sections.
1. We reserve the right to terminate any Client for any reason without notice.
2. We reserve the right to disallow access to any Client from our Services in any way we deem possible for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: hardware identifier bans and Internet Protocol bans.
3. We reserve the right to change how our Software and Services function at any time without warning.
By accessing or attempting to access our Services, you acknowledge and agree that our Services are provided “as is” and without warranty. Meaning that we do not warrant to you that:
1. our Services will meet your requirements or needs.
2. our Services will always be available to you.
3. our Services will always work without error.
4. our Services will be fixed if not operational.
5. our Services are reliable.
In concurrence with the above Limitation of Warranties, you recognize and concur that no claim against us shall exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for any use of our Services.
No attempt shall be made to refund a payment unless access to the Software is not possible. The Client shall contact us first to resolve any issues.
The Client agrees not to redistribute our Software without direct permission from us. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Re-uploading our Software to a 3rd party web host.
3rd party developers may write add-on software (otherwise known as “plugins”) for our Services. This software has not been vetted by us and comes “as is” without warranty. We make no claims of their safety and are considered use at your own risk. Plugins may transmit data to 3rd party servers which we have no control over.
The Client agrees to allow our Software to create a unique identifier for their computer so that their account can only be used on a limited number of computers at a given time. This information is stored in such a way that it can only identify the users account and contains no personally identifiable information.
We reserve the right to modify our “Terms of Service”, “Acceptable Use Policy”, and “Privacy Policy” with or without warning.

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited uses of our Service. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Client shall not use our Services in a way that was not intended by us. Any attempt to do so may result in the suspension of your account. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Creating a plugin that abuses game features.
2. Using a feature or bug in a way that was unintentional.
The Client agrees not to use our Services to violate the “Terms of Service”, “Acceptable Use Policy”, or “EULA” of other companies services they intend to use the Software with.
The Client agrees that violating the “Terms of Service”, “Acceptable Use Policy”, or “EULA” of other companies services they intend to use our Services with may result in the total loss of their account(s) with said services. We cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur.
You agree not to reverse engineer any Software we release. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Reverse engineering to change the behavior of the Software or for use in your own software.
2. Circumvent any protection mechanism inside the Software.
3. Bypass authentication to use the Software without an active subscription.
Any attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, bypass, or modify any of our Software will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

The following terms apply specifically to the phBot Cloud service. By using phBot Cloud, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
phBot Cloud is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime, availability, or service level. The service may be unavailable at any time due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
We do not warrant that phBot Cloud will operate without errors, interruptions, or defects. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of performance, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that software may contain bugs and that the service may not function as expected at all times.
By using phBot Cloud, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any consequences to your game accounts. We are not responsible for:
1. Loss of in-game characters, items, currency, or progress.
2. Account suspensions, bans, or terminations by game publishers.
3. Any damages resulting from disconnections, crashes, or unexpected behavior.
4. Loss of data or corruption of game files.
You use phBot Cloud entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to phBot Cloud shall not exceed the amount you paid for the phBot Cloud service during the one (1) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Your game login credentials are encrypted at rest using RSA-4096 encryption. We take the security of your credentials seriously and implement industry-standard security measures to protect them. Your login information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. Credentials are only decrypted on our secure instance servers for the sole purpose of logging into the game on your behalf.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProjectHax LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of phBot Cloud.

The following terms apply specifically to the phBot AI subscription service. By using phBot AI, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
phBot AI is an artificial intelligence-assisted feature that provides automated suggestions, configuration changes, and responses. You acknowledge and agree that:
1. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case.
2. AI-assisted responses may vary in quality and consistency between interactions.
3. The AI may misinterpret your intent and produce unexpected or undesired outcomes.
4. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
phBot AI may modify your bot configuration, settings, or other parameters based on your requests. You acknowledge that:
1. Configuration changes made by the AI may be incorrect, unintended, or unsuitable for your needs.
2. The AI may alter settings in ways you did not expect or request.
3. It is your responsibility to review all configuration changes made by the AI and revert any that are undesirable.
4. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from AI-initiated configuration changes, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, characters, currency, progress, or account actions taken by game publishers.
phBot AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding:
1. The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated response or action.
2. The availability or uptime of the AI service.
3. The suitability of the AI for any particular purpose.
4. The consistency of AI behavior or outputs over time.
5. The AI's ability to understand or correctly respond to your requests.
1. We reserve the right to limit the number of prompts, requests, or interactions available per user on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis at any time without prior notice.
2. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to phBot AI if we determine, in our sole discretion, that usage constitutes abuse, places excessive load on our systems, or is otherwise unreasonable.
3. Automated, scripted, or programmatic access to phBot AI is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by us.
4. You may not attempt to circumvent any usage limits or restrictions imposed on the service.
1. The subscription price for phBot AI is subject to change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of price changes, but continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
2. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace the phBot AI service or any of its features at any time without prior notice or liability.
3. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or for dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
1. Your prompts and interactions with phBot AI may be processed by third-party AI service providers. By using phBot AI, you consent to this processing.
2. Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential data through phBot AI prompts.
3. We may retain interaction logs for the purpose of abuse prevention, service improvement, and troubleshooting.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProjectHax LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of phBot AI, including but not limited to:
1. Damages resulting from inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading AI-generated content or configuration changes.
2. Loss of in-game items, characters, currency, accounts, or progress.
3. Any actions taken by game publishers as a result of AI-directed behavior.
4. Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
5. Service interruptions or unavailability.
Our total liability for any claims related to phBot AI shall not exceed the amount you paid for the phBot AI subscription during the one (1) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Privacy Policy describes how ProjectHax LLC collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our Services.
We do not have access to payment details. Our payment processors handle that information securely.
We collect this information through your browser, cookies, and our Software. Cookies are used by our 3rd parties to prevent fraudulent behavior and provide analytical data to us to improve our Services.
The information we collect may be shared in order to assist you with your account. We do not sell any information we collect to 3rd parties.
We may place affiliate ads on our Services. No data except for your IP address is shared with them unless you access their Services. They will have their own privacy policies.
3rd party sellers that resell our Services may collect information about you. We do not have control over their policies or business practices.
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
We may send emails to you about your subscription or when you request information about your subscription. We do not send unsolicited emails.
You may ask to have your account deleted by emailing [email protected]. If your account has an active subscription the deletion process may prevent you from accessing our Services from that email.
We cannot remove payment data as it is used to track subscriptions.
